Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight will I lose?

On average, our patients report losing 4-10lbs during their first month of treatment. Overall, a patient can expect to lose up to 15% of their body weight in one year.

How Much Does it Cost?

Our programs are medication and dose dependent. We have recently updated our prices in an effort to increase accessibility to care. The Semaglutide program starts at $109/month. The Tirzepatide program starts at $280/month.

What are common side effects?

Nausea, Heartburn, GI upset, Diarrhea, Constipation, Decreased Appetite, and irritation at injection site.

Can I still drink alcohol?

We discourage alcohol intake while taking GLP-1 medication. There is an increased risk of acute pancreatitis and most alcohol is high in sugar and carbohydrates which can interfere with weight loss.

Do I have to give myself a shot?

Possibly. Two of our regimens involve a once weekly subcutaneous injection with an insulin syringe (teeny tiny needle).

Do I have to follow a diet?

We encourage a diet high in protein, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Adequate water intake is important as well! Utilizing MyFitness Pal is a good way to monitor daily intake and stay accountable.
