Service Description

Continue on your journey to a healthier you with our Weight Loss Follow-Up Visit at Restorative Hydration. Included in your package, these free monthly check-ins can be in person or via Telemedicine, so you can stay on track with your weight loss goals no matter where you are. Medication refills are provided at the conclusion of the visit, with prescription costs covered by the patient.

Cancellation Policy

1. Weight Loss follow up visits are included in your package. 2. Free monthly check-ins are provided in person or via Telemedicine. 3. In-person Appointment required every 6 months, for a head to toe assessment. 4. Lab panel can be drawn at 6 month visit per patient request. Patient will be responsible for lab panel fee. 5. If patient prefers to use their insurance for labs, lab panel can be ordered at DLO. Patient will be responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
