This comprehensive appointment includes a head-to-toe assessment, screening questionnaires, and a lab panel with interpretation. Our goal is to help male patients determine if they are a candidate for TRT and provide the education needed to make informed decisions about their health. Cancellation Policy
1. This appointment is for the male patient who is wanting to determine if they are a candidate for TRT. 2. Included in this visit: Comprehensive Lab Panel & Interpretation, Head to Toe Assessment, Screening Questionnaires, and Patient Education. 3. Testosterone is not prescribed until lab panel is obtained and findings are discussed with the patient. 4. If TRT is deemed appropriate, the patient will be responsible to pay $70 for the prescription. 5. The patient is then charged $150/month thereafter. (The $150/mo includes visits, basic follow up lab panels, screenings and exams.)
