Lab Panel and Interpretation
$99 plus cost of Panel
Service Description
This service includes the lab draw and a follow up visit with result interpretation. To expedite your care, please complete the following steps. 1. Schedule appointment for lab draw. 2. Payment will be collected at the appointment. 3. Blood draw performed and specimen submitted to lab. 4. 20 minute Lab Interpretation visit scheduled (in-person or via telemedicine) 5. Once interpretation visit is concluded, lab panel results will be emailed to patient for their records.
Cancellation Policy
To expedite your care, please complete the following steps. 1. Book free consult call with NP. During the call, report your symptoms and any applicable diagnoses. 2. Schedule appointment for on-site lab draw with NP during call. ***If DLO is preferred lab, please mention this during your call (Insurance will be billed and you will be responsible for any charges incurred)*** 3. Payment will be collected at the lab draw appointment. (Unless DLO, their procedure will take place) 4. Blood draw performed by NP and specimen submitted to lab. (Unless DLO. Lab drawn by their staff) 5. 30 minute Lab Interpretation visit scheduled at conclusion of lab draw. (in-person or via telemedicine) 6. Once interpretation visit is concluded, lab panel results will be emailed to patient for their records.
