Do you take Insurance?
Our office does not accept insurance at this time. However, a visit summary containing ICD-10 codes can be provided for those patients who wish to submit their own claims.
What is your new patient procedure?
Our patient forms are available through our patient portal. This includes health history, office no-show policy, treatment consents, and applicable screening forms. Our practice is paper-free so all items are completed electronically. If assistance is needed, our staff is happy to help provide guidance. Our new patient visits are 60 minutes to allow adequate time for you to establish care.
Why is your practice called Restorative Hydration when you offer more than IV Therapy?
Initially, we were only going to offer Mobile IV Therapy. However, upon learning more about the need for men's health, hormone replacement, and access to medically-guided weight loss it became a no-brainer to add these services! Our focus is on restoration. Restoring health, balance, relationships, and level of function.
